  4.     The following is a public domain C library created by MAST's own Dale
  5. Schumacher.  This library, in addition, has complete source code and
  6. documentation.  This library is also compatible with OSS Pascal.  Now compatible
  7. with the Sozobon C compiler as well.  Lots of bang for a little buck.  For C 
  8. programmers, this library is a must.  This new version includes corrected 
  9. calling sequences and more Unix calls as well.  A very well done collection!!!!
  10.     Every directory has a READ.ME to describe the contents of each file
  11. in the directory and instructions on each file.  Thank you for supporting
